People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry

Image (38)-1

I finished People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry last Wednesday, but I’ve been a bit low on energy, so I don’t have the brain power to put together a full book review 😮‍💨 but I've already outlined some points so I'm sharing it here 😊

✨ I feel like this book is very character-driven, so you really need to connect with the characters’ emotions and history to understand why they’ve kept that invisible line between friendship and love for so long. Otherwise, it might feel a little silly and frustrating why they just won’t admit their feelings when it’s crystal clear.

✨ I love the contrast between Alex and Poppy’s personalities. They’re so different, but they found their own common ground that makes them perfect together.

✨ This book is the perfect travel companion. I really connected with Poppy’s love for traveling and discovering new places. Makes me want to travel again soon!

✨ I think this goes in my top 3 Emily Henry books along with Happy Place and Book Lovers!

Rating: ★★★★☆
