a month of reading: MAY 2026
Lately, I’ve been struggling to get back into the habit of reading, but I’m just glad I managed to finish 5 books in May 💪 As much as I want to, I’ve been feeling so uninspired lately that I can’t seem to write book reviews or post new content on my bookstagram (@readwithmitch if you wanna check it out haha). Ugh, I hope I get out of this funk soon! 🥲
It doesn’t help that I’m currently so obsessed with Pursuit of Jade. Watching CDramas is such a slippery slope for me because I have absolutely zero self-control. I wish I could be normal and be the kind of person who watches one episode a night, but instead, I’ll finish all 40 episodes in less than 3 days 😭 This is precisely why I’ve stayed away from them in recent years, but I’m clearly back in my CDrama era, and there’s no saving me now 😂
I finally started the Off-Campus series this month too! Of course, I immediately watched the tv adaptation afterward, and while Garrett and Hannah were adorable, I think Logan might have stolen my heart 🤭 I can’t wait to read the rest of the series! 💖
