a month of reading: FEBRUARY 2026
It’s been a while! I’ve been MIA the past couple of weeks because my grandpa passed away in mid-February, so I had to take an unexpected trip back to the Philippines just in time for his funeral. I wish the circumstances of my visit were better, but I’m really grateful I got to be with family during this time.
Anyhow, I’m back! I missed being here. I haven’t been reading much lately, but I’m hoping to get back to my usual programming this March and catch up on everything I missed 💖
Now on to my February recap:
✨ 8 books read, two of which were audiobooks! I’ve been wanting to get into audiobooks this year, and I’m so glad I finally started this month.
✨ I finished The War of Lost Hearts trilogy by Carissa Broadbent. I wish I had written a review right after finishing the last book, but it totally slipped my mind. Overall, I’d rate the series 4 ⭐️.
✨ My favorite read of the month was The Midnight Press by Joline Lim. I ordered a signed physical copy and I can’t wait to get my hands on it! 💖
